02.06.08I Have a Fan Club?
Every time I pick up a guitar or bass, it's usually not hard to find someone who wants to listen, that is, at least when I'm at home. My kids and wife are generally a kind and attentive audience, as long ast there isn't something more fun or important going on, like a Mayberry RFD rerun.
Though I never know what's going to rattle my cage or settle me down, I
do know I've grown to depend on the ideas and wisdom of others, as well as the
encouragement and occasional dose of tough love of those I've grown to trust, to
keep me pushing forward.
Bottom line? This page is not about me... at least not directly. It's
my chance to be a portal into the artistry of a few of the folks who in any way
shape or form catch my attention and influence my point of view as an artist.
Some I see with varying degrees of frequency, others I've never met. While this
is certainly not a complete list of links to sites for friends and
collaborators, and influential artists and mentors, it's a start.
